How To Lose Weight By Using Your Emotions The Ketogenic Diet
One and done.
Kendra Wilkinson revealed she recently started taking a weight loss medication — but decided to stop after just one dose.
The former Playboy model, 39, told her Instagram followers Wednesday that she “started the weight loss shots” but quickly changed her mind.
“Only did one. Nevermind [sic]. Throwing away!!” she wrote on her Stories.
In a follow-up post, Wilkinson explained that the potential negative side effects drastically outweighed the benefits.
“A lot of you ask why i threw away the shots. I’m actually ok with a little weight gain,” she wrote atop a selfie. “Happier in life now a days [sic].”
The mother of two — who shares son Hank IV, 15, and daughter Alijah, 10, with ex-husband Hank Baskett — said she has “heard too many horror stories” about people suffering medical complications as a result of the medications.
“People end up in ER. Surgeries. No thanks,” she added.
It is unclear which diabetes-turned-weight loss drug — such as Wegovy, Mounjaro and Ozempic — Wilkinson used.
While several GLP-1 drugs are FDA-approved, they can cause gastrointestinal issues or more serious, but rare, issues like low blood pressure, pancreatitis or kidney problems, per the Cleveland Clinic.
The real estate agent began taking the weight loss drug after facing backlash about her body from social media trolls.
In January, she clapped back at body-shaming haters after they commented on her curvy physique.
“Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, im aging. Yes, I’m not that girl i was before (playboy girl) 🤣,” she captioned a mirror selfie.
Despite the changes, Wilkinson said she is finally feeling “good and mentally healthy” for the first time in a while, noting that her life is “pretty balanced” and she is “working out and cooking a lot more.”
“For those of you hating on my new weight [and] 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally,” she continued. “Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together.”
While the former model is “feeling amazing,” she jokingly admitted she does need to work on her “alcohol intake.”
“I hear you and that will be monitored better. Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much but you know what’s coming up in JUNE…. Shots. 😂,” she wrote, an apparent hint at her short-lived decision to take weight loss medication.
Although Wilkinson went back on her decision to try one of the semaglutide variations, she still found other ways to stay fit, such as pole dancing classes, tennis and weight lifting.
However, she admitted last month that she has a hard time sharing on social media due to the mean comments.
“God, it takes me a second to post photos now. Wondering how much hate and bullying I’ll get for my new body and age but I’m going to post this today and feel proud of myself,” she wrote on Instagram. “I have overcome so much in life and deserve to celebrate myself and my new attitude towards life.
“If people don’t like me or this or think I’m bigger or i can’t turn men on anymore GOOD then there’s the door.”

Have you ever had a weekend where you eat way too much food and you start the week thinking “Man, I really gotta burn all that off…”? Haha, I just had a weekend like that so if you’re like me and have the occasional cheat, I’ve got the workout for you! So, write this down or follow along with me today because it’s workouts like this one today that will keep one track and help you to get the body of your dreams even when life gets in the way and you find yourself cheating on your diet.
Workout Breakdown:
5 Exercises / 30 Seconds Each / 3 Rounds / Rest 30 – 60 Seconds (minimal)

Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Going through the Round 1 format with easy-moderate effort before you starts your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 1-2 minutes break. Depending on how fit you are, somehow it gonna hurt… but hey, it’s only 10 mins! and the pain that you feel is what keeping the stubborn fat screaming! Right? 😉
